Penn Square offers two large underground garages with direct building access with approximately 170 spaces. Under most circumstances, homeowners own the parking spaces that are generally deeded with units. An additional 58 outdoor but off-street parking spaces are available for rent. Underground spaces are available from time to time and 15 spaces are allocated to guest parking. For storage, Penn Square has lockers available in each of the underground garages. Most units have one locker assigned for that unit’s exclusive use.
