Party Room
The main floor party room is a large, comfortable space adjacent to the pool area. The attractively furnished room includes a large screen TV, modern kitchen and small dance floor. The party room is available to all residents for TV viewing, reading or socializing. It can be reserved for private events (see Event agreement under forms) for $100 - $300 depending upon the size of the event.
