Front Office
Hours: 24 Hours Daily
The front office is normally staffed 24/7 all year. During breaks or rounds, staff members carry cell phones so as to be accessible the great majority of the time. The front office offers a wide variety of services including UPS & FedEx receipt, Photocopies, Faxes and Change. Building key fobs, garage openers, HVAC filters can all be obtained from the front office. Policy questions, reservations for moves, parties and guest unit stays should all be directed at the front office. The rental of private parking spaces to both Penn Square residents and the public is handled by the front office. Management is present in the front office M-F 8AM - 4PM and Sat 8AM - 4PM
